Bandwidth
Coollink Broadband for Small Business can connect at up to 1Mbs downstream.

Hardware
The Coollink Broadband for Small Business service requires a customized DOCSIS compliant cable modem operating on the NCC licensed frequency. This equipment is supplied and installed by Coollink. Subscribers are required to have a fully functional local area network in place. Coollink will help determine other appropriate hardware required.

Multiple Users
The Multi-user option provides the customer a license to connect a network to a modem. Additional hardware, installation and support to network more than one computer to a modem are the sole responsibility of the customer. Coollink does install routing or network equipment but as a separate service and not as part of the Coollink Broadband for Small Business.

Installation
For quality assurance purposes, professional installation must be performed by a Coollink Technician.

E-mail
Coollink Broadband for Small Business provides up to 5 Email accounts for each subscription. This is regardless of the number of services/network options or modems purchased. Email address syntax is name@coollink.us. Each Email account comes with 6 MB of server storage space.

Not for Profit Organizations*
The Coollink Broadband for Small Business service is available to Non Government Organizations and other not-for-profit organizations at a discount. To be eligible for the discount the organization must present Coollink with a copy of their tax-exempt form at the time of order.
