Changing proxy setting on Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer , Goto Tools > Internet Options

2. Goto Settings to put the proxy. You can choose Dial 
whenever a network connection is not present. or 
Always dial my default connection 
when youre not on a local area network.

3. Check Automatically detect settings, then put on the
 Address    proxy.coollink.us   and port  3128 .
